Shipping & Handling

All orders from RCMF – The Jewelry Archive are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated for limited drops or pre-orders. We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent tracked services. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship pieces: 2–5 business days
• Limited releases / Pink Box Drops: Up to 7 business days
• Pre-orders: Timelines disclosed at purchase

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

International Orders

International shipping is available for select countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

All Sales Final

Due to the one-of-a-kind and archival nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Vintage & Archival Jewelry

RCMF specializes in curated vintage and archival jewelry, typically ranging from the 1940s–2000s.

Each piece is:

• Hand-selected
• Inspected for wearability
• Cleaned and photographed honestly

Condition Disclosure

Vintage items may show natural signs of age, including light wear, patina, or minor imperfections. These are considered part of the character and history of each piece. We do not sell broken, junk, or unwearable items.

RCMF is an independent archive. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any luxury or designer brands unless explicitly stated. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Any personal information collected (name, email, shipping address) is used solely for:

Scheduled Releases

RCMF operates on a curated release model. Select collections, including Pink Box Drops and limited archives, are released on scheduled dates and times announced via our website and email list. Inventory is limited and availability is not guaranteed once a drop goes live.

Email notifications are not guaranteed delivery due to provider filtering, spam settings, or technical issues. Customers are encouraged to check the website directly at the scheduled drop time.

Some drops may offer pre-order or reservation options. These will clearly state estimated shipping windows, quantity limits, and final sale terms.
