The Founder
Angela Bailey-Briggs
Angela Bailey-Briggs is the founder and driving force behind Recycle Me Fancy Boutique, a luxury vintage jewelry and fashion house built on the belief that beauty, history, and craftsmanship should never be forgotten.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations, Angela brings a rare blend of creative vision and executive discipline to the world of fashion resale. Her career spans nursing, hospital operations, and corporate leadership—where she learned how to build systems, manage risk, and scale businesses with intention.
But the heart of this brand was forged through fire.
After the loss of her sister, her aunt, and her husband—all within a three-year period—Angela's world collapsed. When her husband passed in 2021, she not only lost her partner, but also the person who quietly held everything together. Suddenly, she was navigating it all alone while raising two daughters with Type 1 diabetes.
Angela built this brand as a reminder that resilience isn't about perfection. It's about presence. It's about honoring every person who commits their life to their work, their families, and their communities—often with little recognition. It's about continuing to shine even when the light feels dim.
